All personalized items sold on Red Bobbin Designs are unique and hand crafted to the specifications of each customer.  Before I start your order, I will summarize your choices - fabric, fonts, thread colors, etc.  You will get to review and approve before I start work on your order.  Because of the unique nature of these items, they are not returnable or refundable.

Fabric purchased in quantities larger than 5 yards are returnable provided the fabric has not been cut or damaged.  Customer is responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made by seller.  Customer will be refunded for fabric only minus 20% restocking fee.  Please reach out to my store and purchase a sample of the fabric if you are trying to match an existing fabric or are unsure of the fabric color/quality.
